A: All of our items come with a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed return policy. In addition, our digital scales come with a five year limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects and flaws. Should you need to return a product, please contact us ASAP so we can initiate that process.

Q: How much will it cost to ship my digital scales?

A: All orders over $200 ship for free! Here's the breakdown for orders under $200:

• $0 - $49.99 = $8.00 $4.99
• $50.00 - $99.99 = $10.00  $4.99
• $100.00 - 199.99 = $12.00  $4.99

Q: What shipping services are available?

A: Each scale is carefully packaged and promptly shipped via UPS Ground. Please be sure to provide a street address (no P.O. Boxes).
